The Cutting Edge Aesthetic Surgery Symposium, December 4-6 2014, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, New York
Dr Tsekouras participated in this International Symposium, which is officially endorsed by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and is regarded as one of the most remarkable events on aesthetic and plastic surgery.
The “Cutting Edge 2014” was a unique designed innovative program, featuring 94 highly-instructed surgical videos.
The videos were edited to highlight the key steps of advanced techniques for face and body contouring and provided the opportunity to see the hands-on work of an international faculty of world-renowned experts.
The learning objectives of that symposium revolved around the latest developments and advanced techniques in face and body contouring, such as:
- a) autologous fat grafting and the science of stem cell biology as it relates to face and body rejuvenation
- b) surgical techniques for supraorbital and periorbital rejuvenation
- c) technical details for various facelift, neck lift and neck tightening procedures
- d) technical details for breast augmentation, breast reduction and breast correction procedures
- e) surgical techniques for total body rejuvenation and sculpting
- f) understanding of complications and patient safety as related to total body sculpting
